MAKE IT LOOK EASY

Vintage-inspired printed knits are a must-have this autumn, but as a Boss Babe, we know our style isn’t dictated by trends, we wear our pieces forever.

Let’s start by pairing these knits with pleated skirts, quilted bags, and cowboy boots.

Don’t have cowboy boots? No problem!

I’ve swapped out that trend for my trusty light tan muck-out boots, proving that great style is about making it yours.

Light tan is my go-to for autumn and winter footwear, it creates the perfect contrast against my longer-length outfits, adding last hem line contrast to every look.

Just because quilted bags are trending doesn’t mean you need to rush out and buy one.

Instead, try reinventing a bag you already own! Simply add a chain belt as a handle.

I’ve threaded mine through the handle rings at least five times for a customised touch.






Patent handbags, belts, and shoes are having a moment, but for me, they’ve always been timeless.

I naturally gravitate towards glossy finishes in rich reds and sleek...

Autumn (and winter) layering trend = hoodies under your leather jackets, oversized blazers, denim jackets and coats.

Make sure you consider your fabrics that will be going under items that will be worn the entire day, keep this hoodie light weight and really interesting, either by way of colour or a fabulous print. 

In other words - check your coco! 

Don't repeat your shoes in your hoodie, print colour, pants, blazer, coat or handbag.

This becomes easier over time as you build your perfect shoe collection.

Gone are the days of only owning one basic pair of shoes. 







When choosing a hoodie to wear under your coats, chances are you will be removing that coat once inside, upon arrival at your destination. 

That means fit checking your outfit completely before adding your coat to make sure it stands alone as the style Queen you are before checking it again once your coat is on.

You will need to consdier this a two look operation. Coat on, coat off...





A trend that’s stylish, comfy...

Tucking can completely change the look and balance of an outfit, but should you tuck all the way around or leave it relaxed?

Here’s my take:

When your skirt and top are the same colour:

Think of it like a dress. 

With no strong colour break, you can fully tuck, even at the back, without drawing attention to a harsh transition line.

This creates a seamless, elongating effect.




When your top and skirt are different colours:

This is where the details matter. I love a top with side splits as it allows for a soft drape at the back while creating a gentle tucked curve at the front.

The side split keeps the fabric from pulling across your tummy or hips, giving a flattering finish.



A nice little cut on the curve at the back of your top adds extra leg length at the sides.
 

Long shirts are going to be everywhere this autumn, and they’re as easy to wear as they are stylish.

You’ll see them worn on their own as a statement piece, with details that range from subtle and sleek to bold and eye-catching.

Think extra stitching details, plus soft pussy bows for a bit of femininity, and even more masculine stripes or preppy built-in neckties.



Expect fabrics like structured cotton, silky finishes, and even lightweight wool blends, making them perfect for transitioning through the seasons.

The shapes will vary with some crisp and tailored, while others more relaxed and floaty, so there’s something for everyone.



In 2025, long shirts are going extra.

Some will hit midi lengths and double as dresses, while others will have dramatic cuffs, high side splits, or asymmetrical hems to keep things interesting.

Wear them on their own as a shirt dress with long boots, throw them loosely over wide-leg pants for an effortlessly cool look, or layer them under an over...

Red is the colour of the season, but it will be paired back with a soft, supporting light neutral rather than an enhancing colour.
