I was going to begin this email with "get ready for the crop flare jeans trend"! but the truth is, it's been around since last Spring only none of us really went anywhere.
Now it's just a matter of us practising wearing them And actually going places while doing so.
The first thing you need when it comes to this trend is to throw your thoughts on what's flattering g and what's not - out the window (much like droppies).
Then, give them a try on and see which way works best for you.
If you are wanting to wear them with flat shoes without laces (laces create a ladder effect up your foot giving the illusion of a slim silhouette underrneath), give those pants one big cuff up above your ankle bone. You can even cuff as high as just below your calf muscle dip in (that's a sweet spot for leg lengthening appeal).
But if you would like to wear those flares long and strong, just chuck on that platform sandal or at the very least, show as much skin as possible on your foot.
If I wasn't sharing these jeans with my Daughter (Tenley), I would cut them off to just below my calf muscle dip in which would give me the freedom to wear any shoes at any time.
But I am happy to work that little bit harder, having to think about my shoe choice, allowing these jeans to work hard for both of us.
I just hope she never leaves home and takes these with her...lol! (along with my heart).
